- Free delivery is available for the orders within approximately 8 km of our supermarket.
- Same-day delivery will be for local orders received daily before 4:00 pm.
- Deliveries begin daily from 4:30 pm.
- Orders received after 4:00 pm will be processed the following day.
- Non-local orders are delivered through Australia Post and are subject to a shipping cost depending on the destination and order weight. Please allow at least 3 business days for the non-local orders to be delivered.
- Free Click & collect pickup is available for all orders.
Due to the pandemic situation regarding Covide-19, we are taking additional precautions for the sake of the safety of customers and ourselves. In particular, the following procedures are in place:
- All deliveries are provided as contactless, meaning the delivery person will leave the food at your door, move away, and then call you to tell you the food has arrived.
- We must keep the record of all addresses that we deliver to.
Please note that due to the high amount of demand in our store, some products might not be available or take longer than usual to be supplied. We are making every effort to make sure our selectable products on our online store to be always in stock by increasing our stock level and working closely with our suppliers. We highly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Resolve Issues with Shippings
Please note the following in regards to a potential issue with your order:
* In case of any problem with the order placed such as unavailability of the placed items, we will contact you to sort it out.
* Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the driver. Please allow 1 business day for packages to be delivered before the driver considers it a lost package.
* Orders that are not considered to be local will be delivered through Australia Post of a third-party shipping currier. Please allow at least 3 business days for the non-local orders to be processed and delivered.
- Any claim(s) for missing items or an issue with the delivery must be made within 24 hours after receiving your order.
- We carefully check all the items within your shopping cart against the quality and expiration date. If by any chance, you received a product that is expired, or past the ‘best before date’, you must make the claim within 24 hours after receiving your order through emailing: email@example.com
